LiDAR, short for Light Detection and Ranging, is an optical remote sensing technology utilized to measure scattered light properties, enabling the determination of range and other information about distant targets.
LiDAR employs laser light pulses, whereas radar uses radio waves. The distance to an object is calculated by measuring the time delay between transmitting a laser light pulse and detecting the reflected signal.
GISMONK has completed numerous projects, which included tasks such as Bare Earth editing, Contour Editing, compiling break lines, Vector Mapping compilation, and Power line classifications, all executed successfully.
